Private Meditation & Yoga Class
These sessions combine meditation with body stretches and movements and provide an integrated experience of body-mind wellbeing.
By learning to connect specific body poses to the breath we gain access to an incomparable state of calmness, fluidity, flexibility and freedom, and a harmonic union of body and mind that leaves us with a wonderful relaxing, grounded effect.
